Artist Statement:

I am a painter committed to my work I do not seek or believe in the styles since I consider that these only limit, nevertheless I work in series, I generally maintain a constant dialogue with my work, especially at the moment of creating it. I do not paint to please either for the opposite to the end these two situations are given often and sometimes both in the same spectator. I paint and teach what I paint the observer finds, deciphers, interprets and at the end that is part of the objective interaction with the viewer, a visual dialogue, an encounter between his feeling and mine. In some of my series of small-format drawings, the characters that inhabit the paper are mostly vestiges of experiences of my wandering through life, it is true that some are drawn directly in the place where I find them interested in their attitudes, their Gestures, clothing and energy among other things.
